What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order history, and — for farmers — identity documents used solely for verification. Payment card details are handled entirely by Paystack/Flutterwave and never touch our servers.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, verify farmers, send transactional emails (order updates, receipts), and — only if you subscribe — occasional marketing. We do not sell personal data.

Storage & security

Data is stored in our managed Postgres database and uploaded files in Amazon S3. Access is role-restricted; identity documents are only visible to nFL administrators.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@workerbull.com. Order records required for accounting are retained as law requires.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies: your login session and your shopping cart. No third-party advertising trackers.
