1. The service

Natural Food Logistics ("nFL") operates an online farmers market connecting verified farmers with customers in Lagos, Nigeria. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Farmer accounts require identity verification and may be suspended for quality or conduct breaches.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed when payment is received via Paystack, Flutterwave, or verified bank transfer. Unpaid bank-transfer orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours and any reserved stock is released.

4. Delivery

Delivery fees depend on your zone and are shown before payment. Delivery estimates are good-faith commitments, not guarantees; perishables are handled with cold-chain care.

5. Refunds

Report damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Approved claims are refunded or replaced at nFL's discretion.

6. Farmers

Farmers set their own prices, warrant that produce is as described, and agree to fulfil paid orders promptly. Payouts are made to the registered bank account.

7. Liability

nFL's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
